inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph by Friday afternoon.

southeast South Dakota.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Travel could become
difficult to impossible by Friday afternoon. Blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
