afternoon. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph after dark.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa, southwest Minnesota and
east central and southeast South Dakota.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility tonight. The
