* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8
inches. Locally higher amounts are possible. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph by Friday afternoon.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa, southwest Minnesota and
southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...From noon today to midnight CST Friday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible by Friday
afternoon. Blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
